There is a big scam inside govt departments especially diplomas and licensing field. They use to fail each student many times just to earn an exra fee. for example pharmacy technician diploma, punjab pharmacy council has a habit to fail 50% for first attempt students, 30% in second attemps and 5% in third attempt students just to earn extra fees and commissions. i want to know the forum where i could raise voice against this mysterious way of hardships to the students?
