Protista (Kingdom Protista) includes all unicellular eukaryotes such as Amoeba, Paramecium, Euglena, diatoms, and slime moulds. Monera and Archaea are prokaryotes (no true nucleus). Most Fungi are multicellular (except unicellular yeasts), and they belong to Kingdom Fungi, not Protista.
