The mother of Hazrat Usman ibn Affan (RA) was Arwah bint Kurayz. She was from the noble Quraish tribe. Interestingly, Arwah was also a relative of the Prophet's mother Aminah bint Wahb. Hazrat Usman (RA) came from a wealthy and influential family of Makkah, and he was known for his generosity and modesty even before accepting Islam.
