Bandura's Bobo doll experiments showed that children imitated aggressive behaviors they observed in adult models, even without direct reinforcement. This established observational (social) learning as a powerful mechanism of behavior acquisition. Bandura identified four key processes: attention, retention, reproduction, and motivation. This theory became the foundation of Social Learning Theory.
