The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has officially opened online applications under the Chief Minister’s Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program for students hailing from Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). Designed to break down financial barriers for high-achieving youth, this need-cum-merit scholarship offers full tuition coverage for eligible candidates enrolled in undergraduate degree programs across public sector universities, medical and dental colleges, and higher education institutes.

The initiative aims to support deserving students who demonstrate strong academic standing but require financial aid to continue their higher education journey. With the formal inclusion of AJK nationals into the program's scope, candidates currently pursuing studies in designated disciplines can submit their dossiers directly through the official state portal.

2. Academic Status: Must be actively enrolled in a recognized 4-year or 5-year undergraduate program (including Science, Arts, Medical, Dental, and Professional tracks) at an approved public university or college starting from the Fall session.
3. Financial Limit: The total monthly income of the applicant's family must be less than PKR 300,000. Official verification via an income affidavit or valid salary payslips is mandatory.
4. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates (no gender restrictions).
