The Government of Balochistan, through the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF), has officially announced 14,500 need- and merit-based scholarships for the 2026 academic year. Operating under the aegis of the Finance Department of Balochistan and registered as a public sector non-profit company with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), BEEF was established to ensure that financial hardship never stands in the way of academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for BEEF financial support, applicants must satisfy both general academic conditions and specific eligibility thresholds:

1. Residency & Domicile: Applicants must possess a genuine Local/Domicile Certificate of Balochistan.
2. Academic Merit:

• General Merit: Minimum 60% overall marks (or a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 for university semester systems) in their preceding annual examination.
• Special Quota: Minimum 45% overall marks (or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0).

1. Attendance & Discipline: A minimum of 75% class attendance record in the current enrolled academic session is mandatory.
2. Exclusivity: Candidates must not be currently benefiting from any other government or private scholarship scheme.
3. Ineligible Candidates: Students with active compartment/supplementary exams, self-finance admissions, distance learning candidates, and incomplete applications will not be processed.
