Applications are invited under the Merit Scholarship Scheme for the children of serving provincial government employees who have passed their final exams in 2025 with at least a 1st Division in the following categories:

• SSC, FA/FSc, BA/BSc, AD.Sc/ADA, MA/MSc (16-year Master's)
• Professional Degrees

Terms and Conditions:

1. Deadline: Applications must reach the undersigned office by March 31, 2026.
2. Application Forms: Use only the prescribed forms available at all provincial departments or download them from:

1. Quota Allocation: Scholarships will be distributed based on the following scale-wise breakdown: | Pay Scale (BPS) | Allocation Percentage | | :--- | :--- | | Scales 1 to 4 | 40% | | Scales 5 to 15 | 40% | | Scales 16 and Above | 20% |
2. Submission Process: Applications must be submitted through the respective department. Applications without a Departmental Covering Letter will not be accepted.
3. Late Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.

Important Notes:

• Eligibility: This scholarship is only for students who have completed their final year/degree and whose results were declared between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
• Ineligibility: Students who have not yet completed their degree are not eligible to apply. Additionally, students of M.Phil / MS / M.Sc (Hons), PhD, and 18-year degree holders are not eligible.
