Scholarship Description
The Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust, operating under the College Education Department of the Government of Sindh, has invited applications for its scholarship program. This financial assistance initiative is designed to support deserving, needy, and academically bright students who are pursuing undergraduate studies at approved public and private universities across Sindh.
The scholarship covers one year’s full tuition fees for eligible candidates who are enrolled in higher education institutions listed under the SEEF Trust Panel.

Eligible Academic Disciplines
Students enrolled in approved SEEF panel universities can apply for funding across the following undergraduate degree programs:
- Medical & Health Sciences: MBBS, BDS, Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT), Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharmacy), and BS Nursing (4-year program at notified medical institutions)
- Engineering & Technology: All Engineering disciplines, Agricultural Engineering, Information Technology (IT), and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Business & Law: Business Administration (BBA) and LLB (5-Year)
- Social Sciences: BS Social Sciences
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the SEEF Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Domicile: Must hold a permanent residence and valid domicile of Sindh province.
- Session & Enrollment: Must be freshly admitted and currently enrolled in an official SEEF Trust Panel institution.
- Academic Performance: Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5 (or at least 60% marks in the last examination).
- Income Limits: Family annual income must fall within the specified income slabs, backed by verified income documents. Children of government servants must attach recent official pay slips.
Family Income & Award Breakdown
The trust distributes scholarship grants across three main annual income groups:
- Group A (80% Allocation): Annual family income between PKR 100,000 – PKR 1,500,000
- Group B (10% Allocation): Annual family income between PKR 1,500,000 – PKR 2,500,000
- Group C (10% Allocation): Annual family income between PKR 2,500,000 – PKR 6,000,000
Special Quotas
- Merit & Need-Based General Applicants: 86%
- Children of Sindh Govt. Employees: 5%
- Orphan Students: 5%
- Minority Students: 2%
- Students with Special Needs/Disabilities: 2%
Ineligibility
Applications will not be accepted from:
- Students admitted under self-finance schemes or overseas quotas.
- Part-time, executive, distance-learning, or non-regular students.
- Students enrolled in non-paneled institutions or non-approved affiliated colleges.
- Applicants providing inaccurate, incomplete, or false documentation.
How to Apply
- Access the online application form and guidelines via the official SEEF web portal or through your institution's focal person.
- Complete the online form and upload required supporting documents (domicile, income proof, and academic transcripts).
- Submit the completed application form through your respective university financial aid office.
- Host universities will verify all applications and forward eligible profiles to the SEEF Board of Trustees (SEEF-BOT) for final interview shortlisting
