Basic Scale, Name, and Nature of Post

The recruitment is for the position of Child Protection Officer Legal, classified under Basic Scale 17 (BS-17). This position is being offered on a contract basis for a period of 03 years.

Prescribed Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess an LLB degree (second division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), along with two years of experience as an Advocate.

According to the official notes, only practical experience as a full-time member of the Punjab Bar Council will be acceptable. Furthermore, experience certificates will only be accepted if they are verified and signed by the President of the concerned Bar Council and countersigned by the relevant District and Sessions Judge.

Gender, Domicile, and Place of Posting

This position is open to Male, Female, and Transgender candidates. The required domicile for applicants is on an All Punjab basis. The final place of posting for the selected candidate will be in Sargodha.

Syllabus for Written Examination/Test

If a written test is conducted, it will consist of a single paper containing Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) worth 100 marks with a duration of 90 minutes. The syllabus for this examination is composed entirely of qualification-related to LAW questions, which account for 100% of the test content.
