The direct end product of the Calvin cycle (light-independent reactions) is Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P), a 3-carbon sugar phosphate. G3P is the first stable carbohydrate produced and serves as the precursor for glucose, sucrose, starch, and other organic molecules. RuBP is regenerated in the cycle, not a net product.
