MS Office provides help through all of the above: (A) Help menu (F1 or Help tab), (B) 'What's This?' (Shift+F1 in older versions — context-sensitive help), and (C) Office Assistant (Clippy in Office 97–2003). In modern Office, help is via the Tell Me search box (lightning bolt icon).
