Condensation polymers are formed by step-growth polymerization with elimination of small molecules (like $H_2O$). Dacron (polyethylene terephthalate, PET) is formed by condensation of ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid with elimination of water. Teflon, neoprene, and acrylonitrile-based polymers are addition polymers.
