What is the FAP (Fee Assistance Program) for the MCAT?

The Fee Assistance Program FAP is offered by AAMC for students in need who are unable to take MCAT exam due to financial constraints due to which he may be unable to get admission in medical schools. If you are eligible you can get these benefits under FAP program.

  1. You have to pay only fee $140 instead of $335.
  2. You get online preparation meterial worth of $268 for free.
  3. You get medical AMCAS application fee waiver worth of $1,000 for 20 medical schools.
  4. Upto 60 percent discounts on ERAS applications if you qualify for.

Before you apply for this program you need to meet these conditions.

  • You total household family income must be below the 400 percent of the national poverty level.
  • You must be a permanent resident of USA.
  • You must be enrolled or accepted your enrollment in any medical college before applying for FAP, neither you have applied for permanent residency.
